Our privacy policy

The Keep an Eye Foundation uses this information exclusively for the purpose of optimal communication with you and for the correct functioning of the requested functions. Photographic personal data
According to the AVG, portraits of persons are also in principle personal data. The photos that we use on www.keepaneye.nl, www.makerzoektmaker.nl and in other promotional communications, however, fall under the journalistic freedom of expression, which is also important for the AVG, insofar as they report on events of the Keep an Eye Foundation. For the portraits of participants in the activities of the Keep an Eye Fondation there is a 'legitimate interest' for the own promotion of these artists.
Right of access, correction and deletion
You have the option to ask what data the Keep an Eye Foundation processes about you and, in the event of inaccuracies, to have it corrected or removed. With regard to requests for the removal of photographic personal data published on our website, we will comply with this request at the earliest opportunity, subject to the above-mentioned diligence of verification.
